Membership Procedures

Members of this UPAA Chapter shall include persons who have obtained degrees, titles or certificates from any academic unit of the University of the Philippines, or who have completed at least 60 academic units and have not been dismissed from the University for misconduct or academic deficiency.

Steps to apply on-line for membership to the UPAA CDO CHAPTER:

1. Fill in form below (Email address required).
2. Pay your Annual Membership dues which is 500 pesos. This entitles you to a 12-month active member status with privileges to access the website. You will be notified thru your email address 30 days prior to expiry.
3. You have three payment options:
   
   1. Pay Online
   2. Pay thru Bank Deposit
   3. Pay thru any of the Chapter Officers you have access to.
4. You will be notified via email once payment is confirmed.
5. Your account is then activated.
