The Board of Directors of the UPAA CDO Chapter is governed by a constitution that establishes, among others, a set of objectives it is mandated to pursue. These objectives are displayed on the home page. To view a copy of the UPAA CDO chapter constitution, please click below.

The Board currently has eleven (11) members elected by the General Assembly last October 23, 2007. Thereafter, the Board elected (6) executive officers and (2) advisers. The Board serves for a one (1) year term and can be re-elected for a maximum of three(3) terms.
